We are a team of specialty coffee enthusiasts who have been at the forefront of the Swiss coffee scene for over sixteen years.
From day one, our vision has been not only to serve great coffee but to create it — by roasting and serving it ourselves — in a way that respects everyone involved in the coffee supply chain.
As co-founders of the Roasters United collective, we work directly with producers to source our coffees responsibly, ethically, and sustainably. Our young and dynamic team is growing fast, and we’re now looking for someone just as passionate as we are to join us !

Sales Development : drive and exceed sales goals by coaching the team, optimizing product presentation, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
Administrative Management : Schedule staff according to CCNT regulations, manage inventory, handle cash operations, and read and analyze the shop’s P&L to improve cost efficiency.
Your Profile :
Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality or food & beverage sector
Strong passion and solid knowledge of specialty coffee (extraction, origin, processing, etc.)
Excellent leadership and team management skills; organized, proactive, and collaborative
