A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Act as liaison and key OU partner for the RLM marketing and commercial teams by coordinating internal dept and resources and disseminate info to all pertinent parties for goals achievement
• Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term market development strategies relating to the development of our ENT latest innovative technologies, services and follow-on products
• Identify markets and determine the feasibility, tactical plan and follow up, for market and therapy expansion in coordination with RLM SME’s
• Coordinate KOL management and key medical education/congresses coordinator
• Perform economic analyses on new or improved market expansion opportunities
• Address current and future regulatory & reimbursement strategies to advance our timely growth expansion
• Develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects by working closely with sales, marketing and potential customers to determine their needs

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Extensive leadership background with a strong track record in managing teams and driving results, particularly within ENT or Neuroscience fields preferably in global medical technology organizations
• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, B.Eng) required; MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred
• Strong background in market development, product adoption, and commercial expansion in the healthcare/medtech industry
• Proven skills in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and project execution across complex matrix environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and external partners
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (highly preferred) for effective communication and leadership in regional markets.
• High adaptability, autonomy, and cultural sensitivity with a willingness to travel extensively within Eurasia
