As the Properties Manager of the Birr Site, you will be responsible for the delivery of all property activities for the site. This includes leases, contract negotiation, new construction and managing outsourced providers.

What you’ll do
- On site facility maintenance, such as landscaping, cleaning and define the management of the outsourced relationship: manage the general FM contractor incl. external contractors for special scope
- Manage maintenance of all buildings on-site
- Manage entire site independently with an annual FM spending of approx. 20 Million USD.
- Properties reporting
- Manage all external tenants (>10) incl. annual tenants’ assembly
- Use prior experience and acquired expertise to develop and execute functional policies and strategy
- Communicate with stakeholders and the business about design and coordination services rendered
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
- Lead projects, processes and procedures in own field
- Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve problems
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- This role requires advanced experience in the Properties & Facility Management
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- In-depth knowledge of a discipline
