• Support the forecasting process for assigned products and coordinate forecasting elements with team members.
• Develop forecasting models that account for promotional activities, seasonality, new product launches, and shifting market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to understand upcoming partner activities and create accurate account-level forecasts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive promotion calendar for the business.
• Analyze pre-order trends and support efforts to balance demand and supply effectively.
• Create regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor business performance.
• Present key insights during weekly internal stakeholder meetings.
• Manage daily ad-hoc reporting requests from HQ.
• Prepare regular reports on key SCM KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree, commercial training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain and business analysis.
• Strong interest in emerging trends and technologies within the IT & Mobile industry.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Innovative, open-minded, and hands-on with a strong focus on execution.
• Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex insights clearly using data.
• Strong IT skills (especially Excel)
• Ability to build and maintain automated reporting tools
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills (Korean is an asset)
