Job Summary:

We are currently looking for Sales & Marketing interns to join us in Zürich, Switzerland. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain industry knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader team in Switzerland. You can expect challenging and engaging real-world projects where you gain an understanding of each stage of the Sales & Marketing funnel. You’ll have the opportunity to learn sales messaging techniques, develop a knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio and gain broad experience in various aspects of marketing, data intelligence, lead development and sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Support the Program Manager to develop and execute campaigns for all segments.
Assist with the setup of events and webinars, processing of registrations, email reminders, and follow-up emails.
Collate and analyze organizational data in order to build account intelligence and profiling, using various online tools and platforms
Support campaign tracking codes creations or work on paid media plans
Participate in presenting results and progress reports to key stakeholders in marketing
Network with other talented interns in an inclusive workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Monitor social media for trending topics around specific organizations and amalgamate these learnings into the organizational profiling
Assist the Sales Team, including Account Executives and Partner Sales Executives with the follow up of marketing campaigns and events
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Sales & Marketing operations by providing feedback aimed at simplifying and optimizing existing processes
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and in English, with proficiency in French considered as an asset
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
Passion and willingness to support crafting and implementation of marketing campaigns
Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
