To support our F&B team, we are looking for you as a Restaurant Supervisor from the coming winter season 2025/2026 for the opening of our Greek restaurant Neora!
Key Responsibilities
- Deputising for the restaurant manager
- Knowledge of all services and products offered by the hotel
- Offering and selling products
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace
- Managing a station
- Handling guest enquiries, complaints and feedback
- Operating the existing POS system
- Attending and participating in all planned staff meetings, departmental training and training courses initiated by the hotel
- Assisting with the implementation of planned inventories of products and equipment
- Assisting with the management of the service department
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Impeccable appearance, well-groomed appearance, as well as conviction through natural charm, communication skills and knowledge of human nature
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and very high quality awareness
- Structured and organised way of working
- Great interest in team-oriented work
- Authenticity in Greek service culture
- Very good knowledge of German, English and Greek; any other language is an advantage
