About the Role
Reporting directly to the Revenue Manager, you will take a central role in both Reservations and Revenue Management operations. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your skills in hotel strategy, pricing, and distribution — while also leading the day-to-day reservations process to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
You will:
Optimize the hotel’s occupancy, room rate, and total revenue, with the supervision of the Revenue director.
Support in forecasting, pricing, and inventory control
Supervise and coach the reservations team in their daily activities
Ensure booking accuracy and create WOW moments through tailored pre-arrival touche
Understand guest needs and convert requests into strategic sales opportunities
Handle administrative follow-up and VIP/resident guest management
Be involved in key decision-making to support business goals and continuous improvement
What Makes You a Match
Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment (5*)
Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus
Strong interest in revenue management and hotel strategy
Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Hands-on and detail-driven, with strong computer proficiency (Excel, OperaPMS, Microsoft Office)
Passion for hospitality and W’s passions: design, music, fashion, and lifestyle
Professional certifications in hospitality or business (Bachelor or Master) are a plus
Able to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
