You are a dynamic and experienced Project Leader with a passion for product engineering? In this pivotal role, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive the development and optimization of innovative control valve solutions.
What You'll Do
- Shape Belimo's future product range of control valves and actuators
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to develop and industrialize these products.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams including product management, engineering and research.
- Identify customer values propositions, specify system requirements and execute design reviews with development teams.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from stakeholder requirements to initial product conception through industrialization and post-launch support.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Belimo’s products and systems and innovate new solutions.
Who You Are
- MSc in engineering is preferred, BSc with extensive experience is also welcome.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position within a global acting manufacturing company.
- You have a strong understanding and experience in technical project management and know how to deal with different stakeholders simultaneously.
- You bring the ability to handle uncertainties, organize tasks efficiently, and possess strong investigative skills to dive into technical details and ensure issues are resolved.
- You are self-driven and bring a high level of initiative, playing a key role in pushing global projects forward and connecting teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; fluency in English is required, and German is a plus.
