It is what makes this an exciting and rewarding place to be.The Program Manager – Strategic Projects, reports to the Director of Strategy & Commercial Operations of the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Operating Unit (Revenue ~$1.1B) for Western Europe (WE).
As a program manager for Service Transformation - you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving execution of Service Transformation initiatives for CRM WE. Service Transformation identifies opportunities to better align service with customer value, while improving the quality of life of our field force and making the most effective use of our resources.
This position focuses on providing leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives, with a particular emphasis on driving adoption and performance of remote technical support solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business models, develop effective tools, engage with local country teams, and integrate service transformation solutions into broader business plans.
This position can also be based in following countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherland.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Build and reinforce the Service Transformation vision and strategy.
- Engage with country teams to assess needs and align initiatives with local strategies.
- Foster a service transformation culture throughout the organization.
- Develop program KPIs in collaboration with country teams.
- Monitor performance of Service Transformation activities at country and regional levels.
- Communicate progress, initiatives, and success stories across WE.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure reports / dashboards meet country-specific needs.
- Lead the expansion of Medtronic-approved solutions & technologies, and pilot new initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal support functions to effectively deploy and onboard remote support solutions.
- Lead and coordinate new projects under the Service Transformation umbrella, such as Scheduling Tool for implant & follow-up support, and other initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years’ experience or Master’s degree plus 7+ years of experience (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in developing and utilizing metrics to track performance.
- Strong analytical skills supported by being proficient in using Ms excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Desirable:
- Change Management experience across large / complex projects preferred.
- Familiarity with remote technical support solutions and their deployment.
- Experience in strategy development and project management within healthcare or related industries.
