Production Expert Freeze-Drying Line(m/f/d) / GMP / Pharma / Production
Project:
Sterile biopharmaceuticals are manufactured at the Kaiseraugst site. As a Production Expert (m/f/d) Freeze-Drying Line, you will work in a 4-shift model and, together with the maintenance team, ensure smooth and GMP-compliant production operations.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality in all production steps
- Monitoring the operational and functional safety of production and inspection systems
- Operation of production and inspection systems including IT systems
- Equipping the systems with material
- Implementation and monitoring of in-process controls
- Processing checklists and GMP documentation
- Logging of activities, deviations and special features
- Support in case of disruptions in cooperation with technology and compliance
- Participation in troubleshooting and process optimization
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a pharmaceutical technician or chemical technician
- Initial professional experience in sterile production and sound GMP knowledge
- Experience in sterile filling and preparation
- Basic technical and IT understanding
- Teamwork, solution-oriented work and an open mindset
- Willingness to work shifts
- No criminal or operator entries
