Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing end-user applications. with attention to detail.
- Experience developing and executing data analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

- Build the Future of Creator Engagement drive into the creator journey with Channel Memberships, crafting bold product goals, roadmap, and innovative learning experiences that truly resonate.
- Identify those moments where creators need guidance most, delivering critical insights and support that empower them to unlock the full potential of Channel Memberships and their connection with their fans.
- Tap the YouTube Landscape for Creator Benefit: Leverage your understanding of the broader YouTube ecosystem – from Fandom to Creator Studio, Analytics to Marketing – to pinpoint and prioritize the insight and learning opportunities that will drive creators.
- Lead the charge in accelerating our ability to experiment and deliver value, working hand-in-hand with data scientists, product managers, designers, researchers, engineers.
