The Product Manager is specialized in industrial power system for engineered and customized Gutor product lines and solutions. He/she drives the company growth through the definition of creative and innovative product offers and ensures continuous performance in the existing platforms.
In this role, the Product Manager monitors competition, performs industry/market research, and in-life performance measurement to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability.
The Gutor Product Manager defines & manages the marketing mix of the Offer
To get a clear & updated understanding of the offer’s environment & performances, the Product Manager will also gather and analyze all suitable internal & external information available. End goal is to ensure we're answering our customer needs based on our current offers, and understand our customer future requirements to convert them into features and specs for future offers.
The Product Manager will create formal business cases and product descriptions and work as a facilitator between the various internal organizations to ensure product policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately.
Once the new offer is available, the Gutor Product Manager is in charge of the launch action plan, ensuring the right sales tools and trainings are provided. Later, he/she manages the growth actions deployment to saturate the defined go to markets by using all relevant channels.
