Job Description
In Switzerland, you will be the face of Rémy Cointreau portfolio in the On-Trade and Independent Retailers Channels to develop the awareness, team knowledge, visibility and sales of Louis XIII, Telmont & Domaine des Hautes Glaces through training, business solutions and support: On & Off Trade sales development in the design and execution of commercial plans to create and drive a growth agenda in Switzerland; Ensure customer retention and opening of new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create & develop a compelling and stretching channel strategy to maximize distribution, market share, targeted universe, customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
- Implement volume, distribution, visibility, price and promotion targets in the On & Off Trade outlets by managing the relationship outlets.
- Spokesperson: Ignite understanding and desire on the RC portfolio, create a wide-spread influence offline and online for Louis XIII, Telmont & Domaine des Hautes Glaces, to stand as an icon of premium Spirits within a nationwide landscape, to have an equal impact in Switzerland & targeted towns.
- Training and advocacy are the name of the game => MasterClass animations & Trade show participation.
- Achieves Quality – Distribution - Visibility - Persuasion - Price - objectives at outlet level by taking direct responsibility for customer relationships and leveraging contacts. Ensures world-class execution of all programs.
- Accountable for supporting the delivery of business performance and financial plan targets for the channel.
- Record and use CRM data to achieve higher sales efficacy
- Ensure effective Sales A&P spend and departmental costs (T&E) and compliance with all processes and procedures within the channel. Strictly adheres to procedures with regards to ordering, delivering, sampling and merchandising
- Determine forecasts and Investment plan, assigning appropriate resources and putting in place appropriate performance metrics
- Anticipate trends and factor them into plans.
- Develop B2B sales opportunities across Switzerland.
Qualifications
- You have acquired an successful experience in commercial roles,
- You have a client & business oriented mindset, creative, structured, reliable and inquisitive and have analytical and synthetic skills,
- You are client centric, results driven, proactive,
- You have a good understanding of the spirits industry, the drinks culture, on-trade and retail landscape in the Switzerland,
- You a local personal network within existing accounts.
- Ideally you would have an experience in the premium wine & spirits or luxury industries,
- the social networks understanding, an experience in the hospitality industry and RC portfolio knowledge.
- You are fluent both in German and English. French will be a plus.
