Your role
As a Portfolio Management Solution Expert within the Global Custody Solutions area of Asset Serving, you will take on the exciting and demanding task of managing your own portfolio of external portfolio managers and their affiliated units.
In this role, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the portfolio managers within your port-folio and their mandates; from supporting the onboarding of new asset management mandates, through daily support for both operational and strategic issues, to offboarding during mandate closures or manager changes. Additionally, you are the single point of contact for the portfolio manager for all custody areas such as corporate actions, trade settlement, transaction reconcili-ation, FX trades, and much more.
You independently monitor the service level agreement and maintain close collaboration with your portfolio managers and internal stakeholders to provide optimal service, actively contribute to digitalization, and increase efficiency in the interest of all parties.

The dynamic Global Custody Solutions team in Zurich is part of the Institutional Clients business area within the Swiss Bank division. We professionally support institutional clients with custody solutions to secure and manage their assets. Our Portfolio Management (PM) Desk is an inte-gral part of this service process and is responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of external portfolio managers.

A combination of solid operational experience within the banking sector along with initial ex-perience in managing institutional clients or portfolio managers
A pronounced customer and service orientation
A high level of commitment, initiative, and drive with a mentality geared towards independ-ence
The ability to understand problems, identify solutions, and implement measures
The profile of a communicative team player and the competence to bring people together to achieve a common goal
The ability to communicate effortlessly in German and English at a professional level. Addi-tional French skills would be an advantage
