We are looking for a motivated Planning & Fulfillment Specialist who actively contributes to the transformation, harmonization, and digitalization of our Planning & Fulfillment processes as part of our global SAP S/4HANA program. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving planning efficiency, implementing scalable processes, and enabling our global teams through structured training and performance transparency. You’ll be based at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland and report directly to the Head of Value Chain Planning & Fulfillment.
With your structured mindset, your ability to connect process and system, and your drive to make things better, you will help shape how our end-to-end supply chain planning operates in the future. You’ll work in close collaboration with stakeholders from operations, supply chain, procurement, and IT – and be part of the business unit Supply & Value Chain Excellence.
Your responsibilities:
- Improve how we plan: Analyze, streamline, and implement Planning & Fulfillment processes (Capacity Planning, Order Planning, Order Processing) with a focus on simplification, harmonization, and scalability
- Deliver transformation: Take ownership of activities throughout the SAP S/4HANA rollout – from testing and cut-over to go-live and hypercare
- Drive performance: Design and implement a consistent KPI framework across divisions to improve transparency and decision-making
- Enable people: Create intuitive training content, documentation, and playbooks – and deliver trainings that stick
- Own knowledge: Build and manage a central SharePoint for process guidance, KPIs, training resources, and role descriptions
- Act as connector: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and become a go-to voice for process clarity and system usability
- Make it better: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and turn feedback into action
Your background:
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain or a related field
- 3+ years experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution – ideally in an industrial or project-driven environment
- Curiosity for systems and structure – with hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA (rollout experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told, you get things moving
- Ability to simplify the complex and explain things clearly to different audiences
- Fluent in German & English
