Deine zukünftigen Herausforderungen:

  • People Admin: You will take on the responsibility for our HR management (Germany, Canada, and Israel) with heart and commitment, working alongside a team of three to ensure our employees feel well cared for in a holistic manner.
  • People Support: You will be a partner for our team, providing a positive and supportive work atmosphere with your open ear and creative ideas.
  • Further Education: You will plan and implement individualized training and development measures to inspire our team and foster collective growth.
  • Process Optimization: You will passionately work on improving existing processes, develop new ideas, and contribute to making our corporate culture vibrant and valuable.
  • Project Work: You will lead your own projects in the People, Culture & Workplace area.

Deine Skills:

  • Experience: Your passion for HR work (at least 3 years) is reflected in your extensive experience. You want to utilize this enthusiasm to further strengthen the People, Culture & Workplace team.
  • Digital Native: You use modern HR tools with ease and enjoyment to optimize our workflows and make the most of digitalization.
  • Passion: You bring a genuine passion for people business, combined with a hands-on mentality, empathy, and accountability – creating a work environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Creativity: You love bringing new ideas to the table and thinking creatively to shape and enrich the future of Link11 together with us.
  • Structure: You work independently and in a structured manner, keeping track of multiple projects, while valuing collaboration and exchange within the team.
  • Communication: You speak fluent German and very good English, communicate clearly and empathetically, and manage to build strong, trusting relationships within the team and beyond.
  • Agility: You thrive in a dynamic environment, tackle challenges with a smile, and adapt flexibly to changes.
