As an Office Manager, you are the organizational backbone of our team in Switzerland. You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office, creating the foundation for us to work together effectively—for our clients, our mission, and our young and ambitious team.
You’ll be working in a dynamic, international environment, keeping track of multiple tasks even in times of change and variety. You will be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and take responsibility for office management—with the opportunity to contribute directly to special projects alongside the Country Lead.
What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with our finance team, supporting administrative tasks, invoice processes, and reporting.
Coordinate our internal and external communications and help organize events.
Manage and organize the office: orders, service providers, room management, technical infrastructure—you’ve got it all under control.
Maintain and structure relevant documents in SharePoint and help us further develop our filing systems.
Support the onboarding of new colleagues—from the welcome coffee to setting up their workstation.
Work directly with the Country Lead on projects such as market analysis or the introduction of new products.
Provide support to the sales team with offers when needed
You have completed commercial training or have experience in office management—ideally in an international or digital environment.
You enjoy organizing, are structured, hands-on, and proactive.
You are a communication talent, both written and verbal, in German and English.
You are service-oriented, reliable, and bring positive energy to the team.
You are experienced with Microsoft Office, familiar with MS Teams and SharePoint—or eager to learn quickly.
