You will lead efforts in recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining high-quality providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for coaches, psychologists, and therapists. Working closely with the Psychology Operations team, you will manage provider engagement, troubleshoot operational issues, and help foster a connected, high-performing community.

Your insights will help shape hiring decisions that align with Kyan Health’s standards and growth objectives.
Shape:
Take an active role in onboarding new providers into the Kyan Health network.
This includes preparing and running onboarding calls, delivering training on our tools and processes, and ensuring providers feel supported and informed from day one.
You’ll work closely with the team to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
Maintain:
Serve as a key point of contact for both users and providers.
You’ll respond to questions, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure providers are engaged and informed.
You will also support community-building initiatives like info sessions, newsletters, and network-wide communications to foster a strong and connected provider network.
Curate:
Support the maintenance of high quality within our provider network.
This includes helping define and communicate quality standards, assisting with regular performance assessments, and contributing to follow-up processes with providers who may require additional support or no longer meet our expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus

Comfortable facilitating onboarding or training sessions, ideally with prior experience in people-facing or educational roles
A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
