Job Description Summary
This role is part of the Production Team within CLS organization - a team of innovative, passionate talent focused at designing and deploying personalized and outcome-oriented customer experiences grounded in deep insights and human-centered design.We are seeking a strategic and innovative Modular Content STRATEGY LEAD to lead the development and implementation of modular content strategies for global content. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing content efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving seamless integration across omnichannel marketing initiatives.
Job Description
Major Accountabilities:
Modular Content Strategy
- Facilitate build and delivery of modular content process within Novartis Content Enablement Tools (Fuse, Anthill Activator, Veeva)
- Develop frameworks and guidelines for modular content creation, including templates, component libraries, and asset management processes.
- Ownership around the short term and long-term Roadmap for ModCon
Alignment with different stakeholders (Legal, Regulatory, ERC, Medical, MarTech, CEC, TA) MLR approval changes proposal and alignment with functions as well as collaboration with Centralized Approval Squad on e2e approval process Content Creation and Optimization:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, medical, regulatory, and legal) to define content modules and approach and development if those modules
- Connect modularity with CAT and Production Hub localization process
Technology & Process
- Partner with IT and external vendors to implement content management systems that support modular workflows or influence existing one
- SOW, Budgeting, Project Planning management
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Work closely with regulatory and legal teams to ensure all content complies with pharmaceutical regulations
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the quality, consistency, and compliance of modular content.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and regulatory teams to foster a collaborative approach to modular content.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on modular content best practices and tools for internal stakeholders.
- Translate Modular Content benefits into tangible value for stakeholders.
- Bridge gaps between business needs, tool functionality & vendors
- Address pushbacks and challenges from different teams.
- Influence vendor selection to meet long-term content goals.
- Ensure teams speak the same language, reducing confusion and work toward shared goals.
- Act as a liaison, bring insights from different stakeholders together to drive common objectives cross teams.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for modular content effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in content enablement & strategy, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of implementing modular content systems and strategies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Adobe Suite
- The ability to manage and deliver / execute cross-functional marketing and technology teams, advocate for customer experience management, and collaborate across the organization
- Fluent / SME in production requirements to deliver content at scale
- Expertise in Project Management and leading big – industrialized programs, with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in Vendors Management at global scale, leading to process refinements and increased quality/speed
- Deep knowledge of Aprimo and Content Modules
- Technical expertise in Content Enablement Tools (Aprimo, Veeva)
Desirable Requirements:
- Ability to drive and influence change across a complex environment including senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Novartis set up and ability to innovate on solutions to challenge a status-quo
- Solid understanding in content production across channels, ideally hands-on experience
