What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive new cybersecurity partner acquisition to scale Microsoft Security in the SMB segment across Switzerland
- Actively hunt for new business through partner engagement in a fast-paced sales environment
- Lead acquisition efforts via blitz weeks, webinars, and consult partners on Microsoft Designations
- Boost underperforming resellers by stimulating revenue-focused activities (RFY)
- Maximize partner incentive usage and align top resellers with Indirect Provider co-op investments
- Support resellers in opportunity qualification and closing customer deals
- Leverage Cloud Ascent data to execute effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners
- Participate in key Microsoft events like SureStep Summits and Bootcamps
- Earn and represent Microsoft Security by obtaining the Pitch Perfect Badge
What We're Looking For:
- Sales-Driven and Results-Oriented: You have a strong sales mindset, are motivated by outcomes, and know how to pitch the Microsoft Security suite to partners and customers to drive adoption and close deals.
- Proven Microsoft Sales Experience: You've successfully sold Microsoft products before - ideally in Microsoft Security/Cybersecurity and know how to position their value to partners and customers.
- Microsoft 365 Know-How: You're knowledgeable on Microsoft Security and ideally have advanced knowledge of the suite
- Experience in the Tech Ecosystem: You've worked at a technology vendor or in a similar environment and understand how the Microsoft partner ecosystem operates.
- Fluent Communicator: You speak and write both German and English fluently, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with partners and stakeholders across Switzerland and within our international team
- Fluency in French is a plus, and would be beneficial when engaging with our French speaking colleagues and clients
- Certified or Ready to Be: You either hold Microsoft 365 certifications (SC-900) or are ready to complete them within your first two months
- Driven by Growth: You have a passion for technology, a learning mindset, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally

- Salary up to CHF120,000 per annum (depending on experience)
