Your Key Responsibilities
Lead audit engagements for Swiss-based companies and subsidiaries of multinational groups.
Build lasting relationships with clients based on transparency, consistency, and trust.
Adapt audit approaches to meet the evolving needs of clients and regulatory environments.
Apply complex accounting and auditing standards to real-world situations with sound judgment.
Maintain regular contact with clients throughout the year and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Supervise day-to-day audit fieldwork and keep Senior Managers and Partners informed of progress.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on technical matters.
Encourage a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.
Contribute ideas and actively participate in team discussions, respecting and valuing others’ input.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
Certified or working toward a certification such as Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA, or equivalent.
5–7 years of external audit experience, ideally with a Big Four firm.
Proven leadership experience managing audit teams in an international setting.
Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory audits is a significant advantage.
Fluency in French is essential; proficiency in English and/or German is highly valued. Additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and build strong professional relationships.
