- Seeks new opportunities to sell assigned products, solutions and services to installed base customers
- Actively collaborate with account managers for the assigned accounts
- Regularly review contract expiration dates and renewal terms for the entire software solution portfolio
- Develop and Maintain a solid understanding of available market and business opportunities for Lifecycle Services within our installed base customers.
- Utilize territory planning to maximize effectiveness and customer facing selling activities
- Identify and actively engage with existing customers within assigned accounts by promoting unique product solutions and deploying best sales practices
- Maintain and increase the customer base by developing, aligning and supporting the relations between all levels of Emerson’s and the Customer’s organizations
- Understand the customer business drivers and goals
- Actively and productively utilize the available sales processes, including Solution Selling, Critical Site Plans, CRM and Performance Dashboard (Whitespace).
- Continuously forecast the assigned account expectations and update the ongoing business planning tools for Monthly, Quarterly, Mid-Year and Yearly Budget Reviews
- Liaise with Internal and external sales teams in product knowledge sharing, planning and execution activities to continuously improve the customer service levels
- Ethically obtain market intelligence to position Lifecycle Services offerings and Solutions effectively at highest winning margin.
- Maintain the required level of personal skills and knowledge required to excel in all aspects
- Negotiates with Customers Service Contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority including discount, price, and volume structures.
- Maximizes both “face –to-face-time” and other remote communication possibilities (phone, mail etc.) with customers and leverages our Inside Sales and Operations team to execute activities
- Delivers an accurate order forecast through CRM to give visibility to future business. Active usage of sales productivity tools like CRM, DMS
- Adheres to Business Ethics stipulated by Emerson

For This Role, You Will Need:- Solid Field Sales experience with proven track record in winning projects and services
- Knowledge of Lifecycle Services for MES / ISW / DCS / SIS / PCS
- English fluency to business standard essential
- Computer literacy essential with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) essential
- Relationship building, communication, influencing, negotiation, and customer service skills
