Within this plan, we are seeking a Leadership & Management Product Team Lead. In this newly created role, you will lead a small, high-performing team within the L&D CoE, focused on designing, implementing, and managing global training initiatives that enhance the development of our leaders and managers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our leadership development strategy and offerings, while also coaching and guiding your team to deliver impactful results

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality learning solutions

• Develop and manage global learning and development initiatives tailored to leadership and management development

• Design a comprehensive L&D offering for Line Managers, Mid Managers, High Potentials, and Senior Managers, aligned with core leadership competencies

• Create and enhance leadership programs for High Potentials, in collaboration with external vendors

• Leverage digital learning platforms to deliver consistent, engaging, and scalable experiences for leaders and managers.

• Partner with the Talent Management CoE to identify and implement effective development assessments.

• Collaborate with internal facilitator pools to ensure high-quality delivery of learning activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors to expand and enrich our learning portfolio

Your background

• Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development or Leadership Development

• Proven experience in designing learning and development program

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Project management and team leading skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and learning and development technology

• Fluent in English
