Grundlegende Funktion

Fertigstellung der montierten Anlagen durch Kontrollen und Tests zwecks Übergabe an die Kundschaft zu deren grösstmöglichen Zufriedenheit

Hauptaufgaben

• Endkontrollen und Tests der mechanischen und elektronischen Komponenten von fertig montierten Anlagen

• Konformitäts- und Qualitätsprüfungen

• Durchführung von Fangproben und NIV-Messungen

• Feststellung, Analyse und Reparatur von Störungen und technischen Nicht-Konformitäten

• Einleitung und Überwachung von Korrekturmassnahmen

• Erstellung von Testprotokollen

• Mithilfe bei Übergaben der fertigen Anlagen an Kundschaft

• Vertiefte Kenntnisse des Service-Tools, der zum Steuerungssystem lesen und interpretieren dient (OCSS, MCSS, DBSS, DCSS)

Nebenaufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Richtlinien bei Endprüfungen

• Erfassung der technischen Daten der Anlagen in den Datenbanken

• Einführung neuer Kontrolleure

Qualifikationen/ Erfahrung/ Kenntnisse

• Technische Ausbildung (Elektroinstallateur, Elektromechaniker oder ähnliches)

• Bewilligungsträger NIV 15/14

• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Aufzugsbranche

• Kenntnisse der Normen und Vorschriften

• Führerausweis B
