Your Role
As our Knitwear Buyer, you will define and execute the knitwear buying strategy, bringing to life collections that resonate with our TALLY girl. From pullover and cardigans to knit dresses and matching sets, you’ll ensure the perfect mix of trend, volume and price point – always with our customer at the heart.
Your Mission
- Build and maintain a balanced knitwear assortment aligned with the TALLY identity
- Define and implement short- and long-term buying strategies together with our Merchandise Planner
- Select, develop and source new items and suppliers to deliver trend-right products at the best price and quality
- Monitor sales performance, react quickly to opportunities and adapt assortments accordingly
- Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Distribution to ensure our products reach the customer on time and with impact
Your Profile
- 3–6 years of relevant buying experience, with strong expertise in flat knit
- Deep knowledge of garment construction and fabric types (jersey, rib, ½ cardigan, full cardigan, jacquard)
- Bachelor or Master degree in a related field
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with a strong commercial sense
- Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- A true fashion flair with the ability to spot and react to trends quickly
- Strong communication, teamwork and leadership abilities
