Your Tasks
- Provide best in class Customer Service to aircraft Owners, Operators, CAMOs, and Pilatus Authorized Service Centers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and long-term engagement
- Work closely with CAMOs and aircraft Operators/Owners to oversee dedicated aircraft retrofit campaigns and modification programs and manage commercial aspects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the AOG Coordinator, Technical Support, Warranty and Spares Team, to ensure smooth operations
- Act as point of escalation related to in-service issues including commercial aspects
- Conduct occasional on-site visits to Customers, Service Centers and CAMO organizations
With this you convince us
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering is advantageous
- Broad aerospace background is required, preferably with experience across technical, commercial and customer support domains
- Demonstrated experience in a CAMO environment, ideally with business jets or similar aircraft is considered an asset
- Professional qualifications advantageous, experience and personality considered equally important
- Fluent English and French language skills are required, German considered advantageous
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively under pressure, fostering teamwork in dynamic environments
- A Team player, who is highly motivated and focused on customer satisfaction and business development, based in Stans, occasional travel required and need to be flexible with working hours
