Key Account Manager - Radiology (all genders)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Radiology Team. The ideal candidate will have practical field experience, preferably as a radiographer (TRM/MTRA) or a specialized nurse in the field of interventional radiology. This role will be responsible for managing key accounts across Switzerland building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales growth.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in radiology sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of Bayer's radiology products.
- Conduct field interventions in interventional radiology to demonstrate product effectiveness and provide hands-on support to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Provide expert knowledge and support to healthcare professionals regarding our radiology solutions.
- Conduct presentations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in a field-based role within radiology sector.
- Background as a radiographer or specialized nurse is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of radiology products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in German and/or French and English.
