We are looking for a
Junior Sales

Your responsibilities
- Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and promote our composite product offerings
- Support the full sales process from lead generation to order closure
- Update CRM system with customer activities and opportunities
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings
- Work with the sales team and HQ on promotions and marketing support initiatives
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs in the composite space
Your profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in industry or the composite materials sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a strong sense of ownership
- Willing to travel 3 to 4 days per week within France
- Familiar with using CRM and basic sales reporting tools

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Manager to support our sales development in France. This role is critical to re-establishing our market presence and directly engaging with customers.
Market Focus: Composite materials – serving the marine, transportation, and industrial sectors.
Travel: 3 to 4 days per week across France to visit customers and attend events.
