Summary
Embark on an exciting journey with us at eClerx Switzerland AG, where you’ll take centre stage initially as a Junior Regulatory Transaction Reporting Specialist within eClerx’s growing global delivery organization. Your mission? Oversee compliance for transaction reporting regulations like SFTR, EMIR etc for clients here in Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Transaction Reporting
- Understanding of transaction reporting regulatory guidelines for regulators like SFTR, EMIR, FinFrag etc
- Experience in reconciliation of regulatory data to identify breaks and substation with reasons for these breaks
- Investigate and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to identify reasons for the break
- Communicate effectively with Internal stakeholders for resolution of breaks
- Preparation of MIS to management for highlighting key breaks and reasons
Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. middle office and technology) to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficient in performing due diligence to mitigate risk
- Drive and lead a team culture of high performance, ownership, integrity and passion to deliver Bank’s requirement
Risk Management
- Create detailed procedural document for understanding of the function to the team
- Maintain robust control, ensuring all settlements adhere to internal and external compliance standards
- Identify various risks associated in the process and its relevant improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and compliance purposes
Eligibility Requirements
- 1+ year experience in Regulatory Transaction Reporting which includes regulations such as FinFrag, EMIR and SFTR
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work methodically, with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- Effective prioritization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated client service, high standards and process orientation.
- Ability to multitask and operate independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to build and develop working relationships.
- Languages: fluent spoken and written English. German is an advantage. Other European languages are secondary advantage.
- Ideally, a University degree in business, or equivalent experience.
- Ideally, open to working in other front to back office functions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Valid CH work permit or an EU national
