We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Product Operations Manager to join our global Product Management team within our successful Share Plan business.
The Product Management function is critical to the success of the global Share Plan business and consists of a dynamic team of leaders focused on growing and optimizing our product, service and channel offerings in the equity compensation industry.

As a Junior Product Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration, and helping scale our product operations. Our Product team consists of a dynamic & diverse team of 50+ individuals working in many of our different offices in Switzerland, United Kingdom, Poland, United States and Australia.

Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and our front office teams to ensure new products and services are efficiently rolled out.
- Championing a culture of curiosity, feedback, growth and support our line managers with onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Collection, organization, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative product data and enablement of the entire organization to make the most of these insights. Supporting the team across a variety of tasks, demonstrating a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to step in wherever needed.
What will you bring to the role?
The Junior Product Operations Manager will hold prior experience in product management product operations, project management, process optimization or similar role.
You will have proven ability to be structured and successful in a complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing projects/initiatives.
Along with the confidence to analyse data and be able to convey data insights or technical information in an easy-to-understand manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Strong communication skills with a professional, engaging presence and “Can Do” attitude.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar A team player with experience in working in a global environment and passion for Software Products and continuous improvement.
