As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. The AW09 delivers latest safety standards as well as more performance and comfort at low operating costs.
Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).

Your responsibilities
Ensure end-user support process consistency and effectiveness with the aim to:
- serve as the local digital point of contact (Service Desk) for all kind of users’ needs (including How To Use and support in using new tech or services)
- provide on-site technical support (which means also to support remote end-users in smart-working or contractors based in their offices), troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues
- overall endpoints (computers, smartphone, printers, …) provisioning and management throughout life cycle taking care of the hardware maintenance and software upgrading as well as data integrity (safe copy during the migration)
- collaborate with remote LDO personnel (e.g. SCCM experts) acting as onsite hands for networking and endpoints (both computers and mobile devices) tasks as needed
- document and update knowledge base articles and technical support procedures
- use ServiceNow tool to track, resolve and report on digital issues to the broader CH Digital Solutions Team
- identify opportunities for process improvement and provide insights / feedback to review service delivery
- travel weekly to different offices within Switzerland while on-demand in Germany, providing consistent onsite support
- maintain professionalism and adhere to security confidentiality and company standards in all interactions
Your qualification & experience - Please note that this is an entry level position
- ITIL foundation certificate
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years IT related environment

Experience with:
- AD, GPO’s, DNS, DHCP
- TCP-IP, VLAN, WLAN, Radius, Firewall
- Power Shell, command line
- English minimum B2, verbal and written
- German knowledge, an asset
