Are you looking to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Your main tasks and responsibilities:
During your internship, you will support our Human Resources team in the implementation and coordination of HR projects / initiatives. Additionally, you will take on general administrative tasks as required in day-to-day operations. This role offers you a comprehensive insight into the diverse areas of Human Resources.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
You are currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field—preferably with a focus on Human Resources. You demonstrate a strong interest in HR topics and ideally have already gained initial practical experience. Your working style is independent, structured, and reliable. You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and with a service-oriented approach, and possess good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
