Intern Product Department (all, 80-100%), 6-12 months

As an Intern Product Department you are in a great position to get a good overview and understanding of what is happening in the company within the product department but also cross-divisionally. You will get to follow closely exciting and important decisions like defining the product assortment & take care of various processes in the product department. Earliest start of this internship would be in the beginning of August 2025.

Your responsibilities

• Support in managing the Go to Market (GtM) process which is the seasonal company-wide process connecting product, marketing and sales
• Organizing and preparing GtM milestone and product department meetings
• Support in managing varying internal and cross-divisional processes and projects
• Preparing analyses and creating presentations

Your profile

• Ongoing or already completed studies in Business Administration, Sports Science or similar field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical skills with a connective way of thinking
• A collaborative and flexible personality
• Strong knowledge in MS-Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
• Very good oral and written English skills, every other language is a plus
• Passionate about the mountains and outdoor sports in general
