Your missionWithin the Customer Experience department, you will assist a senior project manager in the design, coordination, and optimisation of digital initiatives serving brands. You will actively contribute to a variety of projects involving strategy, content, UX/UI, and CRM.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analysing user journeys and mapping customer journeys with a view to improving the experience
- Contributing to CX audits (benchmarking, usability, accessibility, tone consistency, personalisation)
- Assisting in the creation of mockups and wireframes in collaboration with designers (Figma)
- Managing web projects (landing pages, website redesigns, interactive content) from concept to launch
- Coordinating content: research, briefing, proofreading, and managing multilingual content with creative teams and translators
- Supporting CRM campaigns: storytelling logic, newsletter production, coordination with tools (Salesforce, Braze, etc.)
- Preparing strategic documents and client presentations (e.g., UX recommendations, performance analyses, optimisation suggestions)
- Collaborating with creative, media, and data teams within the Havas network
Your skills:
- You are organised, thorough, and have strong analytical and summarising abilities
- You enjoy understanding user expectations and turning insights into concrete ideas
- You are proficient with tools like Figma and comfortable using CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
- You are comfortable writing or proofreading content and maintaining consistency in tone and style
- You have an interest in CRM, automation, and newsletters
- You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
