- Engaging in structured professional conversations with pre-qualified individuals
- Using strategic recruitment and marketing techniques to attract new clients
- Managing digital communications via LinkedIn, Zoom, and other platforms
- Participating in ongoing personal and professional development
- Collaborating with a supportive global team of purpose-led professionals

Following a proven daily method of operation to meet your performance goals
- A background in HR, recruitment, administration, or similar fields (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive individuals who value autonomy
- Confident using digital platforms and social media (Zoom, LinkedIn, Facebook)
