Key Responsibles: 

• Responsible to provide consolidated views of NVS financial results (P&L and FCF) used for key executive presentations including business drivers/analyses

• Owns the overall consolidation process for actuals and planning cycles coordinating with the units and functions

• Leads the process related to Strategic Product Charge (SPC) including owning and driving SPC concept and methodology and leading the annual review and update including top management alignment

• Own FCF reporting and planning including simulations and robust analytics behind WoC, CapEx, and other relevant B/S items. Key interface with stakeholders (e.g. Treasury, FRA, BD&L, Units) for FCF analysis 

• Lead several management reports and executive presentations, including support for Investor Relations processes including key materials and validations for the quarterly financial Press Release 

• Manages system set up and processes working with Units, functions and Digital finance regarding BPC / genie / cockpit (data maintenance, enhancements etc.) 

• Drive continuous automation & simplification initiatives to optimize financial planning and reporting processes

• Coordinate and propel planning processes forward by ideating, vetting and consulting on both technical and procedural planning steps

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Criteria: 

• Relevant degree (e.g.in Finance & Accounting)

• Country experience gained in Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling / Financial Accounting, Project Management

• Ability to deal with highly complex environment, reducing complexity into strategy decision recommendations

• Strong executive level communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively 

• Proven leadership skills in building, developing, and inspiring a team

• Proficiency in English required – spoken & written

Desirable Criteria: 

• MBA, Advanced degree preferred
