We’re Hiring a Part-Time Fitness Coach (Geneva, Switzerland)

We’re looking for an energetic, people-driven and knowledgeable coach who thrives on connecting with members, creating great training experiences and being part of a tight, high-performing team.
If you’re a natural motivator with a big smile, love meeting new people and know your way around a burpee (and how to scale it up or down), we want to meet you.
Your Role :
- Coach high-energy group classes (up to 36 members) following the F45 format
- Guide members to perform exercises safely and effectively, adapting movements to all fitness levels
- Inspire and engage members before, during and after sessions to keep motivation sky-high
- Welcome new faces and help turn them into loyal members through genuine connection and service
- Support the team with light admin, equipment setup and community events
Your Availability :
We need someone reliable and consistent for these fixed hours :
- Monday : 18:00 – 20:30
- Wednesday : 11:45 – 14:15 and 18:00 – 20:30
- Saturday : 08:45 – 12:00
- (Extra hours possible depending on performance and studio needs.)
What We’re Looking For :
- English : fluent (mandatory) – French is a big plus, other languages welcome
- Soft skills first : confident, empathetic, excellent communicator, natural salesperson when needed
- Fitness knowledge : you know how to coach proper form and scale exercises, even if you’re not a pro athlete
- Personality : outgoing, energetic, always smiling, team-oriented, thrives on helping others succeed
- Flexibility : able to adapt when things change, keep calm and positive under pressure
