We are seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager - Maternity Care & NICU to join our team.
How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for hospital solutions aligned with company goals and market needs, collaborating closely with category project managers, regions, and cross-functional teams.
- Create and roll out global positioning of product and digital solutions, messaging, while providing comprehensive training to regions on effective implementation.
- Project coordination for timely solution delivery and product launches, driving results across all stages and proactively identifying areas for improvement and optimization from a marketing perspective.
- Engage stakeholders to understand clinical workflows and pain points, translating these insights into actionable user stories with clear criteria
- Act as a collaborative partner and key point of contact for all stakeholders, providing valuable market insights, ensuring quality, security and regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
What you bring along
- University degree in a business-related field and at least 3 years in a similar product marketing position in medical device industry
- Understanding hospital environments, workflows, and patient care is a plus.
- Familiarity with health tech ecosystems, such as app integrations with hospital systems or EHR platforms, is a plus.
- Experience with global product launches and/or product life cycle activities.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and project management experience to handle multiple functional areas effectively
- Execution-driven, solution-oriented, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English fluent (verbal and written), German is a plus
