WinGD is looking for a
General Counsel Legal & Compliance
Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance: organize board/shareholder meetings, maintain legal registers and filings.
- Lead company-wide legal and compliance matters, including insurance, litigation, and regulatory topics.
- Negotiate and manage a broad range of contracts (license, NDA, R&D, service, IT, etc.).
- Oversee compliance systems (anti-corruption, sanctions, export control, etc.) and deliver training.
- Advise management on legal risks, strategy, and critical negotiations.
Requirements
- Law degree with solid experience in corporate, commercial, and compliance law.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and litigation oversight.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and international legal frameworks.
- Fluent in English; German a plus.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and confident communicator.
