Our Pharma Technical Operations (PT) team is at the heart of every Roche medicine, from development through clinical trials and product maturity. We coordinate all aspects of medicine production across all disease areas and dosage forms. Our finance team plays an integral role, unlocking business value through high-quality financial insights and providing transparency for decision-making.
We are seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner to join our team in Basel. This is a 12-month fixed-term position, ideal for a recent graduate who is enthusiastic, open-minded, and eager to make an impact in a global and dynamic environment. You will bring strong technical expertise and the ability to constructively challenge the status quo, working within a self-aligning team with minimal hierarchy. You'll also have the opportunity to influence the broader organization by leading or participating in network-wide initiatives as part of a global finance team.
Support PT Global functional controlling activities, contributing to financial insights on cost flows both within and outside of PT.
Develop new reporting solutions to enhance transparency on actual PT costs.
Partner with Finance Enterprise Partners in the PT network to establish the business plan for PT costs and manage regular forecast updates.
Contribute to various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
An open-minded and flexible team player with a keen interest in Finance.
Possess strong analytical skills and a quick perception.
Interested in Digital and IT-related topics.
Demonstrate an accurate working style and the ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Possess outstanding motivation and a willingness to continuously learn.
Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Exhibit excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
