Als innovatives, international tätiges Unternehmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und erfahrenen Financial Accountant (m/w/d) DACH, der unser Finance & Accounting Team am Standort Zug verstärkt.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbständige Bearbeitung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen (Rechnungen, Spesen, Bankauszüge etc.)
- Pflege und Abstimmung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten sowie Mahnwesen
- Erstellung von Liquiditätsprognosen und Zahlungsanweisungen
- Verwaltung von Anlagen- und Inventarbuchhaltung
- Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen und Jahresmeldungen
- Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie bei Managementberichten
- Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting Manager DACH
- Unterstützung bei der Payroll-Abwicklung für Schweizer Mitarbeitende (Schnittstelle zum externen Anbieter)
- Administrative HR-Unterstützung: Onboarding/Offboarding, Materialbereitstellung, Kommunikation mit Versicherungen
- Allgemeine Büro- und Standortverwaltung
Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen (z.
B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen) - Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im DACH-Raum
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung, Steuerrecht und ERP-Systemen (NetSuite von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise, Teamplayer-Mentalität, hohe Belastbarkeit
- Interesse an medizinischen Produkten und einem sinnstiftenden Arbeitsumfeld

SomnoMed AG is a global leader in the design and manufacture of custom-made medical devices for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. To strengthen our Finance & Accounting Team in Zug, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Financial Accountant (m/f/d) DACH.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently process and book financial transactions (invoices, expenses, bank statements, etc.)
- Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable/payable and manage dunning processes
- Prepare liquidity forecasts and payment instructions
- Handle fixed asset and inventory accounting
- Prepare VAT returns and annual VAT reports
- Support monthly and annual financial closings and management reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with Accounting Manager DACH
- Support Swiss payroll in coordination with external providers (absences, salary changes, declarations)
- Assist with HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, IT equipment, insurance coordination
- Perform general office and location-specific administrative tasks
What You Bring
- Completed commercial training and further education in accounting (e.g., Certified Accounting Clerk)
- At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the DACH region
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Native-level German and fluent English (minimum B2)
- Independent and structured working style, team spirit, and resilience
- Interest in medical devices and purpose-driven work
