Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will operate as the CEO's right hand, combining strategic advisory, project management, and operational execution. You will help shape critical decisions on corporate development, investor and board relations, and key partnerships, while ensuring seamless execution of the CEO's agenda and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support & Analysis
- Prepare background research, financial models, presentation decks, and talking points for board meetings, investor updates, townhalls, and executive negotiations.
- Partner with the CEO on M&A due diligence, market assessments, and corporate-development initiatives; surface risks and opportunities.
- Project & Program Management
- Own high-priority strategic projects end-to-end—from scoping and resource alignment to delivery and KPI tracking.
- Standardize project-management methods, processes, and tools; monitor budgets, timelines, and milestones, and escalate issues proactively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Management Team members, department heads, and external advisors to align on corporate and strategic priorities.
- Maintain a "pulse" on company performance—analyzing operational KPIs and surfacing areas of focus for the executive team.
- Communications & Representation
- Draft and review internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including speaking notes, announcements, and press materials.
- Participate / represent the CEO's office at select events, investor calls, and external forums as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years at a top-tier consultancy, or equivalent corporate-development role.
- Exceptional Project Management: Track record of planning and delivering complex, time-sensitive projects in fast-changing environments.
- Strong Communicator: Fluent English and German. Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Comfortable synthesizing large volumes of information into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Operational Excellence: Meticulous attention to detail, accountability for deadlines, and a bias for rapid, high-quality execution.
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in an entrepreneurial scale-up environment; able to pivot quickly and maintain composure under pressure.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Builds trust across organizational levels; maintains confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgment.
- University Education: Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar.
