Job Description
- Direct support on daily activities to the top management
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Calendar management
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Qualifications
- 4-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent English skills, German is highly appreciated
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Great degree of flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing business environment
- Ability to schedule a significant number of activities, meetings and events, routinely gather, collate and classify data
- Multi-tasking, ability to prioritize
