We are looking for a motivated recent graduate with a dual background in finance and information technology to join our single securities research team as a Team Support. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology — analyzing financial data, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and helping optimize our systems for better decision-making and productivity enhancement. You will work in direct cooperation with both equity and credit analysts under the direct stewardship of the head of research.
Your Role
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of financial reporting and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with IT to implement new publication tools with enhanced workflows, ensuring data accuracy.
- Participate in automation projects (e.g., using Python, SQL, or VBA) to streamline processes.
- Prepare dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to technology-driven initiatives in particular in the field of AI deployment.
- Eventually, progression to a junior equities analyst role.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- An experience in project management is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with databases (SQL), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or scripting (Python, R) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English; French is a plus
