Job Description Summary
The Director International, Kisqali is responsible for the development and implementation of a cross-functional strategy to ensure maximal patient access and commercial success in the Early Breast Cancer indication (eBC).The incumbent will be focused on our Top 3 countries (China, Japan and Germany) & Regions; and together with Value & Access team (V&A), International Medical Affairs, Customer & Market Activation will shape, co-develop and deliver brand solutions.
Location: Basel, Switzerland.
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with top 3 markets and regions to prioritize eBC business needs and create international strategies & tactics. Ensure implementation of deliverables at International and Country level
- Ensure organizational eBC business maximization by contributing to the One Brand Plan
- Build competition-oriented innovative tactics for eBC that propel leadership
- Contribute to and facilitate cross-functional decisions for International and above-brand strategic initiatives
- Actively monitor key market events and competitive landscape to aid creating robust strategies and tactics
- Drive delivery of DAs strategic objectives, customer target segments, Go-To-Market (GTM) principles, global initiatives, and significant investments
- Enable close partnering with Customer & Market Activation, Business Ops, Int MA, and Int V&A by steering deep cross-functional understanding, planning and implementation
Essential Requirements:
- At least 10 years of commercial experience across functions (incl. sales, marketing, commercial strategy, medical affairs, value & access). 2-5 years specifically in Oncology
- Extensive experience in having worked on drugs in highly competitive environment
- Good understanding of the interplay between marketing strategy & sales execution and its impact on performance
- Experience of working directly or indirectly with Top 10 International markets (esp. Germany, China, and Japan)
- Excellent communication skills and experience in engaging with senior leadership
- Above country experience demonstrating cross functional stakeholder management and navigating complexity
- Experience in owning and driving the successful commercialization of an asset across the lifecycle from early development to post-launch with special emphasis on building the optimal advocacy
- Significant launch and business maximization experience enabling growth in market
- TA experience to understand customer behaviors & patient journeys and the competitive landscape
