Key responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for the compliance audit management function.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure detailed regulatory adherence.
- Monitor and strictly assess compliance risks across all business units.
- Work closely with senior leadership and collaborators to facilitate organisational change.
- Mentor and coach auditors to build a highly proficient team.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements.
