Your tasks
- Develop and manage long-term partnerships with multinational clients
- Design and acquire customised leadership and organisational development programmes
- Lead a portfolio of client programmes with full responsibility for budget, quality, and delivery
- Manage complex projects with internal teams, external experts, and client stakeholders
- Drive business development and programme acquisition with new and existing clients
- Oversee pricing, budgeting, and financial controlling of programmes
- Represent ES-HSG and our Custom Programmes approach in international networks and forums
Your profile
- University degree; further qualifications in leadership or executive education are a plus
- Professional experience in corporate learning, executive education, or a related field
- Proven project management experience
- Strong client orientation and business development skills
- Excellent financial and analytical capabilities
- Native-level German and fluent English
