Background:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for equipment assemblers who will be responsible for the assembly of components and the final assembly of various analytical systems. As an equipment assembler, you will work as part of a team in the manufacture of complex diagnostic systems consisting of mechanical, electrical, optical, and thermal components. Your responsibilities will include assembling, commissioning, and documenting the manufactured instruments in a regulated environment. By providing these testing solutions, Roche makes an important contribution to healthcare worldwide.

Tasks and responsibilities:
* Assembly of components and devices according to instructions
* GxP-compliant documentation of assembly and testing activities
* Testing of assembled products according to instructions (paper) and/or electronic documentation
* Identifying and documenting deviations or forwarding them to PE and PQE
* Correcting deviations according to ANW or forwarding them to the specialists
* Fulfilling the production plan according to the team leader's specifications
* Continuous optimization of the workflow to increase quality and efficiency (CIP)
* Ensuring the production of high-quality products and adhering to compliance requirements
* Supporting team leaders in administrative tasks (e.g. equipment management)
* Supporting other teams in case of capacity bottlenecks
Must Haves:
* Completed technical training or further education (e.g. polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician, electrician or mechatronics technician)
* At least two years of professional experience in a technical environment within the last five years
* Basic IT skills
* Fluent written and spoken German is a must, English is an advantage
* Understanding of complex instruments
* High quality awareness
* Quick comprehension
* Team player, reliable and flexible Nice to have:
* SAP knowledge
* Experience at Roche or in medical technology
* Experience in a regulated environment
