Shape the Future of Our Supply Chain as a Demand Planner!
We’re seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Demand Planner to support sales forecasting for a designated region or product category. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Demand Planning Manager to ensure accurate demand projections that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining short-, mid-, and long-term product-level forecasts using historical data and market insights.
Reviewing and refining forecasts in Demantra/Oracle, leveraging demand planning models and demand sensing techniques.
Validating and improving statistical forecasts to enhance accuracy and reduce bias.
Leading monthly demand reviews and foster strong collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
Supporting the S&OP (IBP) process by consolidating demand insights and aligning on consensus forecasts.
Monitoring forecast performance against financial targets and investigate gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Communicating demand changes to support supply alignment and ensure timely execution.
Analyzing forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in planning KPIs.
Coordinating with Supply Planning and Customer Service to meet sales and product range targets.
Manageing product allocations and publish finalized demand plans.
Preparing monthly forecast reports and maintain an 18-month rolling forecast.
Collaborating with Marketing on product launches, changes, and range updates.
Developing tools and reports to support planning activities and provide analytical insights.
Skills and minimum Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
University degree in Economics or equivalent & previous experience in a Demand Planning role.
Computer literate (advanced Excel & ppt knowledge a must)
Knowledge of Demand Planning techniques
Demantra Oracle, Power BI knowledge is an asset
Reporting skills
Solid understanding of supply chain processes
Fluent in English
