Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kundenbetreuung Innendienst in enger & proaktiver Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalen Schwestergesellschaften in mehreren Sprachen (Deutsch, Englisch, ggf. Französisch)
- Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen und Exportsendungen (weltweit) mittels SAP (NBP)
- Kontrolle und Überwachung von pendenten Aufträgen, sowie Backlog Management
- Reklamationsbearbeitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen
- Rapportieren abteilungs- oder bereichsrelevanter Kennzahlen
- Projektleitung oder Mitarbeit in Kundenservice & Logistik relevanten Projekten
- Überwachung und Optimierung der Frachtkosten
Ihr Profil:
- Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Export-Erfahrung, idealerweise mit eidg. Fachausweis für Aussenhandels/Exportfachleute oder in Ausbildung
- Verhandlungssicher in Englisch (Niveau B2) und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Französisch
- Kenntnisse von Vorteil (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Gute allgemeine Anwenderkenntnisse von MS Office, SAP/R3 (Auftragsabwicklung)
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes und analytisches Denken, sowie eine selbständige, effiziente und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude und Bereitschaft in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, hohe Belastbarkeit sowie in hektischen Zeiten den kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
